Chiropractic Care

 As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I have had 4 years of training in the science and art of detecting and correcting subluxations and 10 years of practice experience in delivering, by hand, effective spinal adjustments. I have found that providing classic full-spine chiropractic adjustments is what works best for my patients.

Corrective Exercises

Stretching, strengthening, and training for spinal hygiene is a must for healthy happy spine!  Exercise can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Lifestyle Advice

It is helpful to "coach" patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. The goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. Recognizing that each patient is a whole person, helping you reach true health and wellness is a collaborate effort between the doctor and patient.

Nutritional Counseling

Providing specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices helps to enhance a patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? I can provide you a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs. My undergraduate degree from Florida State University is a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Nutrition.
